Option 1: Consultant Pre-Construction Phase



For the True “Do It Yourselfer” your BuilderCoach will assist you with Financing, Lot Selection, Home Design, Material Selection, Bidding Process, and developing your Construction Calendar with you so you can manage the Construction Calendar scheduling yourself.

Option 2: We Frame it, You finish it



In addition to the Pre-Construction services, your BuilderCoach will arrange to Frame in your home and you finish the building process using the Online Construction Calendar for scheduling and management of building your new home.

Option 3: Turn-Key



For the Do It Yourselfer who would like to be involved in the entire process but doesn’t have the time to manage the construction process, your BuilderCoach will manage the Construction Calendar scheduling for you.
